White radish___ 1 kg Green chili___ 10 nos Spinach___ 2 kg Ghee___ 250 grams Salt, red pepper___ 10 nos |
Cut the spinach after careful cleaning and washing and soak it into water for a while. After 10 to 15 minutes of soaking boil the spinach into this water. Grind it when the water dries and place it in a vessel. First of all cut the onions and fyr them into the ghee. Fry the onion till it becomes brownish. Warm the stove and add spice on the onion and provide few drops of water. After that add radish and onion in it. Now heat the gravy and serve when the radish is tender. It is better to fry few green chilies before use. |
