Soak the gram pulse for 2 hours and then shift into the saltish boiler and place on the fire for boiling , now add all the spices in it, add eough amount of water which is dried into the pulse. After boiling the pulse on cooling grind it on the slab and then add spices after cutting. Knead the flour and plain flour and add this mixture into the paratha and cook them. It gives a unique taste while eaten with sour and sweet chutney. And these parathas are also very enjoyable during rainfall.
