Thin pieces of meat___ half kg
Yoghurt___ 250 grams
Unripe papaya___ 125 grams
Roasted grams___ 125 grams
Onion___ 250 grams
Ghee___ 125 grams
Cumin, sesame, poppy seed___ 50 grams each
Garlic___ 1 bundle
Salt___ as required
|Chop onion into thin pieces and redden them into small quantity of ghee and draw them. |
Fry all the other ingredients in the same manner
Now grind them on the slab finely with onion.
Now kneed this mixture well.
Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, salt and yoghurt in it. Apply this mixture on the meat\'s pieces.
Then spread them on a flat pan or tray and place them into oven.
Do not forget to cover the tray.
After some time check tikkas, if they are redden mildli then take the tray out of oven and serve with oily breads.
