Meat___ 1 kg Saffaron___ half spoon Ghee___ half cup Yoghurt___ 250 grams Onion___ 4 nos Tomato___ 250 grams Ginger___ half bundle Salt, pepper___ to taste |
Wash the meat properly, cut the onion into fine pieces. Beat the yoghurt and in 2.5 liter water add meat, yoghurt and onion and place them on stove. When water start boiling then add salt to taste and small pieces of chili. When water start drying add ghee and saffaron. Now take it out after heating for some time. |
