|Common Chili Pasanday|
|Pasanday___ 1 kg|
Crush coriander___ 50 grams
Anniseed___ half tea spoon
Lemon___ 4 nos
Green chili___ 250 grams
Crushed turmeric___ 2 tea spoon
White cumin seed___ 1 tea spoon
Salt, Ghee_ as required
|Wash pasanday and add optimum salt and leave to cook.|
When they are tender take them out and cool them.
Then cut onion
and red into ghee and on cooling add pasanday in it.
Then cut green chili in the middle do not tear it and fill the mixture of
coriander, turmeric, white cumin, black seed and anniseed. Keep separate the remaining spices.
Now fry these prepared chilies
in ghee and add them with other spices into pasanday. Add some water in it and place on the stove.
Fry it when fragrant comes
then cook for 20 minutes and then take it out when water dries and add lemon extract.
Pasanday will be delicious and will not spoil
till 2 days.
