Chicken tikkay___ 1 kg Olechi candy___ 1 tin Soya sauce___ 3 spoon Onion___ 1 no Egg white___ 2 nos Oil___ 1 cup Corn flour___ 2 spoon Salt___ to taste |
Mix salt, corn flour, soya sauce and egg white in the chicken tikka well. Now heat the oil into frying pan or kadhai and add tikka in it. When tikka becomes almond color like then take them out. Granish olechi into a dish and place tikka in the middle. Garnish on the lay and make other happy.
