|Bihari Tikka Jelly|
Chicken tikkay___ 1 kg
Cucumber___ 4 nos
Gelatin___ 1½ spoon
Soup___ 1½ liter
Salt___ 1 spoon
|Boil tikkas into 3 liter water. |
Place into fridge after boiling.
On cooling cut into pieces.
Heat soup with
salt add cumcumber and sweet cheese.
After 6 minutes remove cheese and cucumber.
Now dissolve gelatin into small soup
and then shake well into the whole soup.
Place the chicken\'s tikka into mould.
Garnish the slices of sweet cheese and
add gelatin mixed soup in it and place in refrigrtaor for 1 hour.
Now take them out from the fridge and serve the gelatin mixed tikkay and jelly in a plate.
