Tomato___ half kg
Ginger___ 50 grams
Pepper, coriander___as required
Onion___ 125 grams
Potato___ half kg
Ghee___ 125 grams
Salt___ as required
|Prepare small pieces of meat and in a vessel add coriander, ginger and fry them and add water to tenderized meat. |
Cut tomato and onion into 6 pieces.
Boil the potatoes and prepare small pieces when meat is tender then add all the ingredients
and cook on very low flame.
It will doubles the joy.
