Fresh milk___ 1 liter Sugar___ one cup Egg___ 1 no Powder milk___ one cup Baking powder___ 1 tea spoon |
Mix the baking powder into powder milk. Then knead this mixture after adding egg. Prepare 12 or 12 balls of this dough. Heat the milk at low flame after one light boil. Add these ras malai balls into the milk and cook for approximately 5 minutes at very low flame and side by side change their directions. When the milk becomes viscous take it out from the stove and place it in refrigerator, when it becomes cool enjoy it.
