Boil and grind the potatoes.
Add roasted gram flour into it.
Add crushed or grinded Onion, citrus, seasoning, green chili or red chili in it.
Cut and add coriander or mint leaves.
Prepare small cubes of this mixture and cover it with bread crumb and fry them in a frying pan at low flame.
When they become brownish take them out and add sweet yoghurt and sugar to eat.
