Potato___ half kg Cardamon___ 2 nos Coconut crush___ some Sugar___ half kg Ghee___ as required

Boil potatoes and remove the skin and grind on the slab. First fry the potatoes after frying with ghee. When it becomes pink add sugar and fry it and mix sweet water. Mix coconut powder and fry afet fill into flour or plain flour kachori. While kneading the kachori\'s flour mix ghee after that it will not become crispy. Very delicious sweet kachories are ready.
