Bread slices___ 1 pound Dense milk___ 2 pound Rose water___ according to requirement Sugar___ half pound Ghee___ according to requirement Grits of pistachio and almonds
Toast the bread slices at low flame. Prepare the sheera. Heat the milk till it becomes dense. Cut the every slice of bread into two pieces. Fry them for 5 minutes into ghee. Remove the extra oil and soak them into sheera now cook them at low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Add dense milk over them and add flakes of almond and pistachio grits. Now eat them when they becomes cool.
