INGRIDIENTS: Cabbage ___ half pound Water ___ 1 and half point Spinach ___ 1 and half pound Coriander leaves ___ half bundle Salad ___ 1 bundle Salt ___ as required Green onion ___ 2 nos Soya sauce ___ 1 tea spoon Chick soup _ |
METHOD:
Cut all the vegetables with their parts. Add vegetables into water. Remove the roots of salad. Extract the lemon juice and clean it. Cut the cabbage into julian slices. Add ginger, soup, cabbage and coriander leaves. Add onion. boil for further 4 or 5 minutes. serve after mixing lemon juice and spices.
