Plain flour___ one large spoon Vinegar___2 large spoon Onion___ 1 no Bread___2 pieces Milk___ half cup Tomatoes___1 quarter Ghee___one spoon Water___ as required Salt, black pepper and seasoning___ as per taste
Add tomatoes in the water and add seasoning and salt into it, when tomatoes becomes soft and their peel becomes separated drain them with the help of muslin cloth piece.Add ghee into the vessel and cook the onion until itbecome brown and cook it with plain flour for 5 minutes.Add milk into it. Cut the bread into small pieces and frythem in ghee. While serving the soup if necessary add saltand black pepper into it with the pieces of bread.
