First of all add optimal salt and water and knead it like a flour. grind the black pepper and white cumin seed and boil this mixture after mixing with the gram pulse.
when the pulse is tender and its water dries then take it out from the stove and grind it finely.
now sprinkle the mixture of grinded white and black pepper on it.
After that prepare the dough of plain flour and fill this mashed or grinded pulse in it and prepare the pooriyan. (sometime to make the pooriyan more crispy small amount of ghee is added while kneading the plain flour)fry into ghee.
now pooriyan are ready.
now they can be eaten. enjoy with, sour, sweet chutney, pickle, potato or gram gravy. |
