Keep separate meat pieces after applying salt mixed ginger\'s extract. After sometime apply yoghurt on them. Then after few minutes, redden the onion into 8 tola and 4 masha ghee and roast meat and yoghurt in it and add coriander\'s water in it. When this water becomes dry spread boiled rice with milk on the meat. On one side spread bot\'s grain and close the mouth of boiler with kneaded flour. Then stop the flame and replace the fire with coals. Then draw it from the stove. To keep the rice color more yellow add saffaron in it. |
