Ghee___ 100 grams
Garlic___ 6 cloves
Salt, red pepper___ to taste
Meat___ 250 grams
Onion___ 2 bundles
Ginger___ 1 small bundle
Green chili, green coriander, powdered seasonings___ to taste

Soak the pulse before 1 hour of cooking.
