Minced meat___ half kg Ghee___as required Crushed seasoning___ 50 grams Vinegar___ 2 large spoon Eggs___ 4 nos Onion___ 1 bundle Salt___ to taste |
Grind minced meat finely on slab and add seasoning and vinegar. Then beat salt and black into egg\'s white and yolk and mix this mixture into minced meat and prepare kababs of it, fry them into ghee and red them. Egg\'s kababs are ready.
