Minced meat___ half kg
Eggs___ 2 nos
Onion___ 3 bundle
Vinegar___ 125 grams
Saffaron___ small quantity
Fryng oil___ 250 ml
Ginger___ 1 swmall bundle
Yoghurt___ 125 grams
Black pepper___ 6 nos
Salt___ as required
|Chop onion into rounded pieces and fry into oil and chop ginger bundle and black pepper into vinegar. |
Add salt in this mixture.
Remember that do not add water in it.
Add these spices into minced meat and add some water in it.
Then add it in boiler and place on the fire and leave to heat for 10 to 15 minutes then draw it from
Take out the Spice mixed minced meat from the boiler and chop on the slab.
At this stage add fried onion and saffaron in it.
Then add yoghurt in it.
Prepare kababs of it.
Beat well egg\'s white and yolk and dip kababs into this mixture. Saffaron kababs will be ready.
