First fry some tussels of onion into ghee and then take them out and then add minced meat and fry it lightly. Likewise fry the peas and take them out. Now add the crushed or grinded spice into boiler. When it is tender add peas and cook them to tender. It is obvious to add water in optimum quantity. Add seasoning after the tenderization of minced meat and after few minutes take out the boiler from the stove. Remember that before tenderization of meat and peas frying will help to tender them. Moreover curry will tender easily. Because of this ghee quantity should be high. After the preparation of curry add green coriander and green chili in it with onion. |
