Potato Kofta
Mince meat(without fat)___ half kg
Onion___ 250 grams
Ghee___ 250 grams
Garlic___ 400 grams
Poppy seed___ 25 grams
Green chili___ as required
Rose water___ 4 large spoon
Potato___ half kg
Yoghurt___ 125 grams
Ginger___ 25 grams
Roasted grams___ 25 grams
Green coriander___ 1 bundle
Seasoning___ 1 small spoon
Salt___ as required

Wash the potatoes and cut them into two slices and fry into ghee and tender them into the kofta curry.
They will tender within few minutes under steam.
For potatoes, another things is that boil them into water instead of frying them into ghee. And when minced meat balls are ready then add them into curry.
Iff potatoes are not required to boil and fry then they shoul be tenderized with minced meat balls.
Another recipe is as follow:

1- Boil the minced meat and add all the spices in it.
2-Boil the potatoes into saltish water and mash them.
3-Mix minced meat and potatoes and grind them
4-Apply egg\'s white on hands and prepare balls of this mixture.
5-Fry them and add them into gravy.
