Minced meat___ half kg Crushed seasoning___ 2 small spoon White cumin seed___ 1 tola Ghee___ 250 grams Eggs___ 8 nos Ginger___ 25 grams Whole coriander___ 1 tola Salt___ to taste

Boil minced meat after adding salt. Then chop it finely on the slab. Hardboil 6 eggs and peel them off. Add salt, seasoning, pepper, white cumin and coriander into chopped minced meat and also add chopped ginger. Cover this mixture on 6 eggs. Use water to bind minced meat. Beat egg\'s yolk and white. Fry minced meat by applying this beaten egg. When they becomes red then take them out and cut into two pieces. And serve into dish with salad leaves, tomato and lemon.
