Minced meat___ half kg Eggs___ 2 nos Small bread___ 1 no Crushed red pepper___ to taste Ghee___ 100 grams Crushed seasoning___ 2 tola Vinegar___ 50 grams Bread crumb___ small quantity Salt___ to taste

Add seasoning salt and pepper into minced meat. Meanwhile soak bread pieces into water. When minced meat is well kneaded then add bread pieces after removing their water and leave this mixture for half an hour. Prepare rounded balls of chopped minced meat and fill small spoon of chopped spices and serve them after frying on a low flame into ghee.
