Chop ginger. Then grind it. Chop onion and grind it. Grind the spice with water, corinader, salt and red pepper. Add ginger and crushed spice into minced meat and grind it well so that minced meat and other things becomes dissolve well. Add some ghee into this mixture. Now tie this mixture on iron sticks in the form of long kababs and tie thread on them and cook them on low fire.
