|Meat slices___ 1 kg|
Dried coriander crushed___ 50 grams
Salt___ to taste
Raosted grams___ 3 tola
Almond\'s kernel___2 tola
Turmeric___ half spoon
Egg\'s white___ 2 nos
Green chili___ as required
Seasoning___ 1 tola
Onion___ 125 grams
Whole red chili___ 11 nos
Poppy seed___ 2 tola
Ginger___ 1 bundle
Yoghurt___ 375 grams
Mint leaves___ 1 bundle
Unripe mango___ 1 no
|Chop meat pieces finely on the slab. |
Then add dried coriander, onion, salt half tola, some crushed red pepper, roasted grams, poppy seed, almond\'s kernel, ginger and turmeric into yoghurt and prepare a mixture.
Add thix mixture into meat.
Now beat egg\'s white into this mixture.
Now prepare meat\' mixture balls and fill chopped coriander, mint leaves, cheese, onion into meat balls.
Then fry ghee into a boiler and roast the remaining onion in it.
Then roast meat\'s balls into ghee and add water and tender them.
When water dries add remaining yoghurt, crushed coriander, crushed red pepper and salt and raost it well after that add small quantity of water and tender the balls.
Untill the gravy becomes viscous and only ghee remains remove the boiler from the fire.
