|Minced meat(finely machine chopped)___ half kg|
Cloves___ 3 masha
Ginger___ 1 nad half tola
Salt___ 3 tola
Ghee___ 250 grams
Onion___ 250 grams
Crushed red pepper___ 4 tola
Plain flour___ 2 tola
|Fry and roast onion slices into small quantity of ghee with small quantity of minced meat. |
When these ingredients becomes red add water to tender minced meat and cover it.
Prepare gravy by adding the remaining slices of onion, ginger, red pepper and salt into ghee and when gravy is ready remove it from fire.
After minced meat is tender mash it on slab finely and mix plain flour in it.
Prepare balls of this mixture.
Roast these balls into the remaining ghee and tender them in adding gravy.
When the gravy appears to be sticky then remove the boiler from the stove.
And add crushed cloves and roasted or fried onion.
