Finely machine chopped minced meat___ half kg Red pepper, salt___ to taste Dried coriander___ 1 or 2 pinch Large cardamon___ 2 nos Cinnamon___ 2 pieces Ghee___ 100 grams Onion___125 grams White cumin___ 2 pinch Black pepper___ 6 nos Cloves___ 9 nos Dried kachri or fig___ 1 or 2 |
Chop all the spices finely on a slab and mix into one another. Add this mixture into minced meat and chop on the slab so that it becomes fine. Place minced meat and spice mixture on a lrage tray. And make ahole in the middle or center of it with fingers. Place a burning coal in it and one spoon ghee in it and then cover it immediately so that after blowing of coal the smoke which appears can not come out side. Keep it close for long time and then uncover it and add fried onions and prepare rounded balls and tie them on iron sticks. Toast them on iron sticks and provide ghee drop by drop. Every one will praise these kababs.
