Minced meat___ half kg Clove___ 6 nos Poppy seed___ 4 table spoon Green coriander chopped___ small quantity Garlic___ 4 nos Small cardamon___ 6 nos Red pepper crushed___ 1 tea spoon Uripe papaya___2 inch piece Fenugreek___ 2 piece Roasted gram___ 4 spoon Ginger___ 1 inch piece Large cardamon___ 2 nos Cinamon___ 1 inch piece Onion___ 1 no Salt___ as required |
Add salt and payapa after crushing, into minced meat and leave for sometime. Then add all the spices and green coriander, mint leave and finely chopped green chili. After adding all things leave for two hours then prepare rounded small cakes and fry into ghee. Do not add high quantity of water while grinding the spices. Fry all the gola kababs like that.
