Chops___ half kg Ghee___ 100 grams Ginger___ 1 small bundle Green coriander, black pepper, salt___ 1 large bundle Yoghurt___250 grams Gralic___ 12 nos Green chili___ as required

Grind all the spices and prepare a paste with the yoghurt and apply on chops. After some time fry oil and fry chop into it.
