Beef or mutton meat___ 1 kg THin slices___ few Ginger___ 3 inch piece Salt and red pepper___ as required Cinnamon___ 2 pieces Unripe papaya___250 grams White cumin___ 2 tea spoon Yoghurt___ 125 grams Ghee or mustard oil___ 125 grams |
Wash the slices of meat well and remove their water by sqeezing with hands and place them into sieve. Grind papaya and ginger on slab. Then add salt in this mixture and apply on meat. When this mixture is absorb in meat cover it with sieve. Now grind onion, white cumin, red pepper and cinnamon on slab and mix it into yoghurt or ghee and apply it on the meat then tie these slices on sticks nad toast on a very low flame. Very delicios bahari kabas are prepared.
