Meat___ half kg
Onion___ 125 grams
Ginger___ 50 grams
Tomato___ 4 nos
Crushed seasoning___ 1 tea spoon
Red pepper and salt___ as required
Ghee___ 125 grams
Gralic___ 6 nos
Turmeric___ hal spoon
Green chili___ 6 nos
Green coriander___ as required
Cumin___ 1 pinch
|Wash the meat and add into boiler.|
Chop half onion and garlic and add in it.
Chop ginger and add in it.
Cut turmeri, red chili, seasoning and green chili and add in it.
Add 3 cup of water and 125 grams of yoghurt.
Add 2 spoon of chopped green coriander.
Close the boiler firmly and place on a very low fire, when meat is tender and water dries draw it.
Fry ghee into a boiler.
Fry half cup of onion pieces in it.
Add tomatoes in it.
When tomato water dries and its cover is tender fry it with cumin.
After then that add meat and roast it well, when it is well roasted draw it.
