Potato Covered Chops |
Chop___ half kg Ginger___ 1 small bundle Eggs___ 2 nos Salt, crushed red pepper___ as required Potato___ half kg Garlic___ 9 nos Braed crumb___ as required Ghee___ 125 grams

Chop garlic and ginger and add salt and pepper in them. Then apply this thick mixture on chops and leave them in an open air place. Then add small quantity of ghee into frying pan and heat it and spread chops into frying pan. And cook them on a very low flame. After some time toss them with laddle and cook their every surface. Chop will leave water and tender in the same water. For this reason you are not required to add water into frying pan. Boil potatoes into a separate boiler and place on stove and keep the flame high. Cover the boiler\'s mouth and remove from water and chop on a slab and add salt and crushed black pepper. In this break chops will be tendered. Apply potatoes mixture on the both sides of chops and beat the egg\'s yolk and white and dip the chops into them and apply bread crumb on them and fry into ghee on low flame. Very delicious and tasty chops will be ready.
