Chop___ 1 kg Oil___ 8 spoon Green chili___ 6 nos Tomato___ 4 nos Green onion___ 250 grams Potato, carrots___ 5 nos Vinegar___ 250 ml Peas___ 250 grams Lemon___ 8 nos Salt, pepper___ to taste

Brown the chops into ghee. In the same oil roast chopped carrots, onion, tomatoes, vinegar and water. When water dries then add green chili and lemon\'s slices and cook on a very low flame.
