| Hyderabadi Chops |
Chop___ half kg Soya sauce___ 2 large spoon Ghee/oil___ 3 large spoon Onion___ 2 nos Butter___ 2 large spoon Gun powder sauce___ 4 large spoon Pepper, salt, sugar___ as required |
Add sugar, black pepper, salt and soya sauce in chops. Heat the oil into frying pan and fry onion. Add chops and roast them and then place separately. Now in the remaining oil add butter, gun powder sauce and cook on high flame. Then draw them and place in plates. Now place chops and onion into plate and fry on a high flame. After 2 minutes sprinkle salad and draw them. |
