Ginger Chops |
Chop___ 1 kg Gun powder sauce___ half point GHee___ 2 large spoons Coriander, ginger___ as required

Boil chops for 10 minutes into water to tender them. Now take them out from the water and pour into earthen pot or frying pan. Cover it after adding corinader, gun powder and ghee. After cooking for 10 minutes toss the chops and cook for further 20 minutes and serve into dish.
