Chicken___22 chops Bamboo leaflets___ 1 cup Green onion___ 3 nos Corn flour___ 2 spoon Dried citrus___1 cup Soya sauce___ 2 spoon Ghee/oil___3 spoon Salt, water___As required

Apply salt and corn flour on chops so that they will marinate well. Soak the Khanbies into water for half an hour. Heat 2 spoon of ghee into sauce pan and add chicken and fry it. Now draw it. Add ghee, onion and other ingredients into a separate frying pan and fry for five minutes and then serve on lay.
