|Chop___ 1 kg|
Turnip___ 750 grams
Sugar___ 1 spoon
Soya sauce___ 3 large spoons
Ghee/oil___ 4 large spoons
Salt, black pepper___ as required
|Chop turnip into pieces. Add soya sauce, sugar and 2 spoon of oil. When apices are well marinated into chops then heat the oil into frying pan. Add chops and fry for five minutes.|
Now place on low fire for 30 minutes. Then add soup and spread turnip on heat proof dish and place the chops on them. Pour gravy on these chops and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Cover the dish properly and place in the boiling water, boil for one haour and serve the dish infront of guests.
