Chinese Broast Chops |
Chicken___ 24 chops Garlic___ 2 bundle Oyster sauce___ 2 large spoon Hot water___1 cup Salt___to taste Mix vegeatbles___half kg Sesame oil___5 large spoon Corn flour___ 3 large spoon Ginger___2 spoon

Heat oil into sauce pan and redden ginger and garlic in it. Fry the chops well. Then add corn flour in them and add vegetables in it. Stirr to mix the vegetables well. Draw them after 20 minutes.
