Cauliflower Chops |
Rice___ 250 grams Water___ 2 point Cucumber___ 3, 4 slices Soya sauce___ 2 spoon Chili chutney___ 1 spoon Meat soup___ 0.75 point Ginger___ 2 flakes Chops___ half kg Cauliflower___ 1 no onion___ 1 no Sugar___ half spoon Ghee/oil___ 4 spoon Salt___ to taste

Wash rice two times then add rice into sauce pan and boil with fresh water. Braek all the buds of cauliflower and cut the cucumber into flakes. Cut every flake into 4 fine pieces. Marinate chops with soya sauce, chutney, red pepper chutney and oil. Boil the rice into soup. Add spices, salt and black pepper and cauliflower and cook for 10 minutes. Now add cucumber. Meanwhile add onion and ginger into oil and add into rice and black pepper and cook on a high flame for 20 minutes.
