Prawn Koftay |
Prawns___ 750 grams Egg___ 1 no Green chili___ 2 nos Mustard oil___ 50 ml Turmeric cubes___ 2 nos Tez paat___ 2 nos Chopped coriander___ as required Onion___ 3 large bundles Bread crumb___ 2 spoon Seaoning___ 50 grams Ginger___ 1 small bundle Coconut\'s milk___ 1 and half cup Salt___ to taste |
Clean prawns properly. Then boil them and mash them on slab. Chop onion finely. Likewise chop green onion. Mix them and add egg\'s yolk and white and bread crumb. Mash the prawn\'s mixture on slab and mix into meat. Prepare 12 balls of this mixture and fry them into oil. Then first add tez paat and roast it by providing water. THen after few minutes add koofta in it and leave it to cook untill the gravy becomes denser. Now add chopped green coriander. Now curry is ready. Remove the boiler from the stove and enjoy it with oily breads. |
