Meat (small pieces)___ 1 kg Crushed dried coriander___ 1 pinch Gram flour___ 250 grams Crushed seasoning___ 1 tola Red pepper, salt___as required Garlic___ 12 nos Oil/ghee__ as required White cumin___ 1 pinch

Apply salt and chopped garlic on meat pieces and leave them for few minutes. Then add water into boiler and boil meat pieces in it. This is to tender the meat. Meanwhile prepare the spice of pepper, salt, white cumin, dried coriander and garlic. Meat pieces will tender in short time if not tender then high the flame. Draw the boiler from the stove when meat pieces are tender. Place it in a plate ans apply all the crushed spices and leave for half an hour. Then apply gram flour on it and fry into ghee or oil. Sprinkle seasoning on them. |
