Eggs___ 13 nos
Minced meat___ 750 grams
Ginger___ 25 grams
Gralic___ 1 bundle
Green onion___ 2 nos
Turmeric___ 1 small spoon
Green coriander___ half small spoon
Tomato___ half kg
Ghee___ half kg
Curry\'s spice___ optimum quantity
Onion___ 250 grams
Green chili___ 4 nos
Red pepper___ 3 small spoon
Crushed coriander___ 3 small spoon
Seasoning___ 1 small spoon
Yoghurt___ 125 grams
Roasted gram\'s flour___ 4 table spoon
Chop garlic and ginger and mix into minced meat and add some water and grind it.
Then mix onion, turmeric, egg, seasoning, yoghurt and gram flour
and mix into minced meat and cover on eggs.
First of all hard boil 12 eggs.
Then add optimum quantity of curd, pepper and turmeric and leave to cook on a very low flame.
When dries take them out and chop on slab.
Now add egg, curd, seasoning and gram flour in it.
Then prepare a ball like structure after covering it on hard boiled eggs.
Now heat the ghee into a frying pan and beat two eggs and dip these balls into this and fry them.
Let them redden.
Nargisi koofta are ready now.
