Chop garlic and ginger and mix into minced meat and add some water and grind it. Then mix onion, turmeric, egg, seasoning, yoghurt and gram flour and mix into minced meat and cover on eggs. First of all hard boil 12 eggs. Then add optimum quantity of curd, pepper and turmeric and leave to cook on a very low flame. When dries take them out and chop on slab.
