|Psanday___ half kg|
Grlic___ 6 nos
Ghee___ 250 grams
Clove___ 6 nos
Black pepper___ 12 nos
Salt, red pepper___ to taste
|Boil the pasanday pieces with salt, clove and garlic. |
(Add water only to tender meat )
Now fry the ghee into a frying pan.
Add these pieces in it and then take them out quickly. Keep in mind that these pieces color shold be almond like. It should not be red.
Sprinkle crushed black pepper.
Serve salad and sauce into dish with sweet chutney.
