Turmeric___ 50 grams
Green chili___ 8 nos
Ginger___ 1 small bundle
Whole red chili___ 12 nos
Black cumin___ 2 small spoon
Garlic___ 3 large nos
Vinegar___ half liter

|Clean the fish and cut it. |
Apply turmeric and salt and leave for half an hour.
Now finely chop the red chili and black cumin into vinegar. And chop finely garlic, ginger and green chili.
