Fish___ 1 kg Turmeric___ 50 grams Green chili___ 8 nos Ginger___ 1 small bundle Whole red chili___ 12 nos Black cumin___ 2 small spoon Garlic___ 3 large nos Vinegar___ half liter Salt___ as required

Clean the fish and cut it. Apply turmeric and salt and leave for half an hour. Now finely chop the red chili and black cumin into vinegar. And chop finely garlic, ginger and green chili. Now let the fish cool after frying into ghee. Add chopped and crushed spices into boiler with vinegar and cook for 10 minutes. Then add fish into this mixture and take it out.
