Fish___ half kg Black pepper and salt___ as required Ghee or oil___ 125 grams

Clean the whole fish and give one boil into saltish water and then take it out. Remove the skin and cut into 4 pieces and fry them by tossing. When it is redden take it out. After then that serve it with the garnishing of green coriander, ginger and lemon.
