Fish___ 1 kg Onion___ half kg Cloves___ as required Saffaron___ some Rose water___ as required Sour youghurt___ 250 grams Ghee___ 250 grams Garlic___ 125 grams Fenugreek ___ 1 piece Fragrant water___ as required Small cardamon___ 5 nos Salt___ to taste |
Red the onion and rub in hands and add in the youghurt and extract the garlic juice. THen mix it into youghurt, cloves, cardamon, fenugreek and ghee. And in the boiler with fish\'s slices and prepare the curry. When fish is cooked give water to it and place it on heat then add fragrant water and crush rose water in it and add it in it.
