White cumin seed___ 1 spoon
Ghee___ 125 grams

Crushed grams___ 2 spoon

Garlic___ 125 grams
Crushed dried green coriander ____ 1 spoon
Youghurt___ 125 grams
|Wash the with first by salt and then by flour. |
Then boil in the garlic contain water then
remove the skin and bones and grind it on a slab.
Then add some seasonings, poppy seeds, roasted grams flour
salt and pepper in it and prepare rounded balls of this mixture and fry in ghee.
Now prepare the spices for balls
and add fish\'s balls in it and cook on a low flame.
