Fish___ 1 kg Clove___ 1 tola Black peper___ 1 tola Dried coriander___ 2 tola Salt___ 2 tola Ghee___ 250 grams Cardamon___ 1 tola Ginger___ 1 small bundle Red pepper___4 tola Banana leas___ few

Cut the meat into pieces. Rub ginger\'s extract and salt over them and leave them for 1 day. Then add coriander in them and place them in banana\'s leaves and give 10 twists to the leaves and and place them in the hot ash. Now red the onion into ghee. Fry fish in the same oil and eat after sprinkling spices over it.
