Fish___ half kg Red pepper___ 2 tola Coriander, green chili, mint___ 250 grams Cheese___ 125 grams Seasoning crushed___ 2 tola Eggs___ 2 nos Salt___ to taste

Cut the fish into large pieces. Boil them into saltish water. Then add cheese in them. Add chopped green coriander, green chili and mint leaves. Apply salt, pepper and seasoning and prepare kababs of it. Dip them into beaten egg\'s white and yolk and fry. Serve with salad, lemon and chutney.
