Fish___ half kg raw borax___ 2 masha Garlic____ 12 cloves Coriander dried and crushed___ 2 tola Sweet gourd pulp___ 250 grams Onion___ 1 bundle White cumin___ 2 tola Mustard oil___ 125 ml Salt, red pepper and green chili____ as required |
Cut the fish into pieces and then wash them with clean water then make a hole in them with the knife\'s point. And rub half of the sweet gourd\'s pulp and borax on theese pieces. Now prepare the spice and fry it into oil. Then half of the sweet gourd\' pulp and half of the borax grind into water and apply this mixture with fried spices on the fish\'s bones and pieces. Due to their effect bones will be tenderized. Now fry the oil and place the pieces into oil and close the mouth of boiler after some time check that if the curry is sticky then take it out from the stove and serve it hot infront of the family. Sprinkle green coriander and green chili over it according to requirement.
